What counts as a call?

Any connected conversation, inbound or outbound, counts as one call toward your monthly allowance. Unanswered outbound attempts don't count.

Can the agent really handle Hindi-English code-mix?

Yes — the speech pipeline is built for it. Callers can switch languages mid-sentence and the agent follows, replying in the same mix.

Do I need an engineering team to set this up?

No. You upload your knowledge, pick a voice, and we connect the number. Setup and onboarding are included in every plan.

Can I change plans later?

Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the start of your next billing cycle.
